Job summary

Ameristar Perimeter Security USA, an ASSA ABLOY brand, seeks a Lead Production to direct safe, efficient dept operations on a weekend shift (Fri–Sun 5:00am–5:00pm) in Tulsa, OK. You will monitor performance indicators and align priorities with demand, while training staff on safe equipment use.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year in tube mill/roll forming, experience managing 10+ employees, and strong math/mechanical skills; safety and Lean/5-S training are a plus.

Qualifications

• High school or equivalent.
• 1+ years' experience in tube mill or roll forming.
• 1 to 3 years in mill setups and manufacturing processes.
• Able to manage people, personalities and challenges.
• Meet negotiated timeframes to support customer demands.
• 5-S training is a plus.
• Lean training is a plus.
• Maintain a safe working environment conducive to productivity.
• Think and react quickly to changing priorities and communicate needs.

Responsibilities

• Direct the safe and efficient operation of the department.
