Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• Sinker EDM experience preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude essential.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills required.

Responsibilities

• Operate Air Flow System.
• Change and set electrodes.
• Read micrometers, calipers, indicators, and comparator.
• Use and check various fixtures.
• Identify alarm codes.
• Start and stop machine.
• Identify and correct machine operational problems.
• Know and understand ISO 9001/AS 9100 and Nadcap procedures and requirements.
• Perform daily maintenance using a checklist.
• Verify settings for special process approvals.
• Communicate questions and verify completeness and accuracy.
• Understand, use and follow work Instructions.
