Job summary

Chromalloy Gas Turbine, LLC seeks an EDM Machine Operator to set up, operate, and maintain EDM equipment used to manufacture precision aerospace components. The role includes reading specifications, inspecting parts, troubleshooting issues, and supporting continuous improvement in a safety-conscious environment.

The position supports 4th shift operations with a $3/hr shift differential and a broad rewards program including medical/dental/vision, 401(k) with employer matching, and paid time off

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience with EDM/CNC setup or operation preferred.
• Ability to read operation sheets, blueprints, and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC EDM equipment.
• Read and interpret engineering specs and procedures.
• Inspect parts with precision measuring tools for quality.
• Troubleshoot setup and machining issues; support TPM and maintenance.
• Maintain safe, clean work area and document processes.
