Job summary

Enjet Aero in Huber Heights, OH is seeking an EDM Operator for night shift to operate sinker and wire EDM machines. You will change electrodes, read micrometers and calipers, verify fixtures, and troubleshoot machine issues, while following ISO 9001/AS 9100 and Nadcap requirements.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• Sinker EDM experience preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude is essential.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills are important.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks/projects simultaneously.
• Team player and collaborative mindset desired.

Responsibilities

• Operate sinker and wire EDM machines.
• Change and set electrodes.
• Read micrometers, calipers, indicators, and comparator.
• Use and check fixtures; identify alarm codes.
• Start/stop machines; monitor processes.
• Identify and correct machine issues; follow instructions.
• Understand ISO 9001/AS 9100 and Nadcap requirements.
• Perform daily maintenance using checklist.
• Verify settings for special process approvals.
