Responsibilities

Take service calls and dispatch for emergency roadside repair or towing.
Follow up by inputting service calls and tows into the system.
Data entry of work orders from emails or hardcopy by road-service staff.
Process payments by phone (credit cards) and enter in payments.
Enter payments by check and email confirmations when needed.
Call to obtain Event Numbers for thruway calls and close events.
Use Thruway camera app, Life 360, and Fleetmatics Reveal.
Assist technicians and mechanics with questions related to service and tow calls.
