Schnellecke Logistics is seeking a Dispatch Clerk to manage Truck registrations, driver coordination, and SAP data entry. You will guide drivers to correct docks, log trailer movements, and ensure timely handoffs in a safety-focused environment.

Role requires strong Excel skills, the ability to pass a drug screen and background check, and effective communication in a bustling warehouse setting. On-site shifts with visible teamwork and compliance.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Excel.
• Able to pass a drug screen.
• Able to pass a background check.
• Physical ability to sit, stand and walk frequently.
• Warehouse environment may be hot/cold and noisy.
• Effective communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Dispatch Clerk coordinates with truck drivers, classifies loads and directs where to unload.
• Enters load data into SAP and confirms trailer receipt.
• Runs reports and notifies MRP of any discrepancies.
• Directs drivers to drop trailers at the correct lot or dock.
• Informs drivers whether to pick up an empty or continue as needed after drop.
• Records outgoing driver details for dunnage, empty or bobtail trailers.
• Adheres to Schnellecke safety principles at all times.
• Follows standard work procedures and safety rules for all tasks.
• Wears required personal protective equipment on shop floor and truck yard.
