Job summary

Qualifications

• Education: High School/GED or Associate's Degree.
• Experience: 1-3 years; medical terminology preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with patient notification requirements by delivering discharge-related notices and obtaining signatures.
• Coordinate post-acute care referrals, track authorizations, and communicate referral status.
