Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 2+ years working with developmentally disabled individuals.
• Must have a valid Arkansas driver’s license.
• Strong communication and confidentiality skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients in basic living skills and daily personal tasks.
• Provide transportation to activities and appointments as needed.
• Complete and maintain required documentation and records.
• Monitor and document medication management per guidelines.
• Ensure safety, professionalism and adherence to policies and HIPAA.
