Job summary

Friendship Community Care in Russellville, AR is seeking a part-time Direct Support Professional to join an interdisciplinary team in home and community settings.

You will assist clients with daily living tasks, provide transportation, maintain records, support Plan of Care, and ensure safety and confidentiality.

Weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday, 6:00 AM - 8:00 PM) require a high school diploma or GED and a valid Arkansas driver’s license, with ongoing training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED (or equivalent).
• Two+ years' experience with developmentally disabled individuals preferred.
• Must have a valid Arkansas driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with basic living skills and daily personal tasks.
• Provide transportation to activities and appointments; AR driver's license required.
• Complete and maintain required documentation and records.
• Support medication management and monitoring.
