Job summary

Creative Foundations is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSP) for Power Weekend shifts (24-40 hours) to support individuals with developmental disabilities in their homes and communities. Pay is $18/hour during waking hours and $11/hour for sleep shifts (10pm-6am).

Shifts begin Friday afternoons and end Monday mornings, with paid training and opportunities for career growth. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance, and a veteran-friendly employer attitude.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Successful background check and required training.
• At least 21 years old.
• Med Cert 1.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation with proof of insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one support to individuals with developmental disabilities at home and in the community.
• Assist with daily living skills such as cooking, cleaning, grooming, and transportation.
• Encourage participation in social and community activities.
• Document care, activities, and progress accurately.
• Communicate with team members to ensure consistent, quality support.
