Job summary

Creative Foundations is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSP) to provide one-on-one support to individuals with developmental disabilities in homes and communities.

Expect shifts including third shift, sleep shifts, and power weekends with pay of $18/hour during waking hours and $11/hour for sleep shifts. Eligible for a $1,000 sign-on bonus when hired between 6/17/2026 and 12/31/2026.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Background check and required training completed.
• At least 21 years old.
• Med Cert 1 is required.
• Valid driver's license with reliable transportation and proof of insurance.
• Ability to work safely and respectfully in clients' homes and communities.
• Compassion, reliability, and a desire to make a positive impact.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one support to individuals with developmental disabilities at home and in the community.
• Assist with daily living skills such as cooking, cleaning, personal care, or transportation.
• Encourage participation in social and community activities.
• Help individuals achieve personal goals and celebrate progress.
• Promote choice, independence, and self-advocacy.
• Document care, activities, and progress accurately.
• Communicate with team members to ensure consistent, quality support.
