HCA - Helping Celebrate Abilities is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) to empower individuals with disabilities and promote independence in daily living. You will help with personal care, health monitoring, and community activities while maintaining safety and confidentiality.

Join a team with flexible full-time and part-time schedules; weekend availability is required. On-the-job training provided, with opportunities to gain certifications like AMAP, CPR, and First Aid.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must obtain AMAP, CPR, and First Aid certifications.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and a satisfactory driving record.
• Good verbal, written, interpersonal, organizational, and listening skills.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct support to developmentally disabled individuals.
• Assist with daily living activities and personal care.
• Administer medications and monitor health indicators as trained.
• Transport individuals to activities and medical appointments as needed.
• Maintain running records and report any incidents to supervisor.
• Support personal development and community engagement activities.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and orderly living environments.
