Essential Services LLC is seeking compassionate Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide person-centered care in clients’ homes and in the community. You’ll assist with daily living activities, support individualized goals, and help individuals thrive with independence.

This role offers weekend shifts, reliable transportation, and competitive pay: $22–$24.50 per hour with total compensation potentially over $27–$28/hr, plus benefits including health, vision, dental, a 401(k) with employer

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Prior experience as a DSP or in a similar caregiving role.
• Comfortable supporting individuals with high behavioral needs.
• Own reliable transportation for transporting clients.
• Valid Driver’s License and current auto insurance (minimum 100k/300k).
• Smartphone with internet access for documentation.
• Ability to pass a DHS background check.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily tasks and personal care.
• Implement ISP goals and promote independence.
• Accompany clients on outings and encourage community involvement.
• Ensure safety and accurate documentation.
