Job summary

Creative Foundations is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSP) for the afternoon/evening shift (2 PM - 11 PM). You will provide one-to-one support to individuals with developmental disabilities at home and in the community, helping them live more independently.

The role offers $18/hour, a $1,000 sign-on bonus for eligible hires, paid training, and opportunities for career growth. Weekend availability is required; state-specific details apply.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Successful background check and required training.
• At least 21 years old.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation with proof of insurance.
• Ability to work safely and respectfully in clients’ homes and communities.
• Compassion, reliability, and a desire to make a positive impact.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one support to individuals with developmental disabilities in home and community settings.
• Assist with daily living skills such as cooking, cleaning, personal care, or transportation.
• Encourage participation in social and community activities.
• Help individuals achieve personal goals and celebrate progress.
• Promote choice, independence, and self-advocacy.
• Document care, activities, and progress; communicate with the team.
