Job summary

• No prior experience required; on-the-job training provided.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct, document, and assist with programs and activities for each individual, as specified by ISP.
• Supervise, observe, and interact appropriately with individuals.
• Provide personal care and assistance to individuals.
• Document data pertaining to individuals’ care, clothing inventories, self-help programs, etc.
• Follow daily work schedule and supervisor’s instructions.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
