Job summary

Boot Barn is seeking a DC Manager for the weekend shift to lead the distribution center operations. The role involves supervising Inbound, Outbound, and E‑Commerce processes, driving efficiency, and upholding safety standards.

You will partner with service providers and the WMS team to improve accuracy and outcomes. You will hire, coach, and evaluate staff while coordinating with Finance, HR, and Planning to align with corporate goals.

Qualifications

Strong communication, customer service, time management and organizational skills.
High school diploma with some college level coursework preferred.
Standing/walking most of the shift; ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Windows PC environment.
Experience with WMS/OMS/ERP and related systems.

Responsibilities

Provide strong leadership to distribution center partners and foster accountability, safety, and continuous improvement.
Lead and develop the team through hiring, coaching, and performance reviews.
Oversee Inbound, Outbound, and E-Commerce functions and meet productivity goals.
Manage relationships with outside service providers and ensure cost-effective services.
Collaborate with WMS administrator to drive operational improvements and data accuracy.
Support DC leadership during peak holiday periods and coverage needs.
Develop and execute operational strategies, budgets and facility goals with senior leadership.
Create and maintain SOPs for all DC functions and coordinate with SSC Irvine for item attributes.
