Job summary

Alliance Laundry Systems is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to repair and maintain our manufacturing machinery on-site in Ripon, WI. You will work with hand and power tools, troubleshoot hydraulic and pneumatic systems, and ensure safety and efficiency on production lines.

Qualified candidates typically have a two-year associate degree and 5+ years of experience, and are proficient in CMMS data entry.

Qualifications

• Two-year Associate degree and 5+ years’ work experience required.
• Ability to utilize a computer to search for parts and enter work into a CMMS.

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintain machinery and equipment using hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring and testing instruments per diagrams and manufacturer specifications.
• Troubleshoot and service motors, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, pumps, conveyors and production machines.
• Perform welding to support maintenance and repair activities.
• Prepare new machines for operation following established protocols.
• Conduct regular technical testing to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Collect and analyze data on machine operation to identify trends and reduce downtime.
• Create and manage work orders through a CMMS.
• Demonstrate expert-level understanding of production machines and equipment.
