Job summary

Alliance Laundry Systems is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to repair and maintain our manufacturing machinery on-site in Ripon, WI. You will work with hand and power tools, troubleshoot hydraulic and pneumatic systems, and ensure safety and efficiency on production lines.

Qualified candidates typically have a two-year associate degree and 5+ years of experience, and are proficient in CMMS data entry.

Qualifications

Two-year Associate degree and 5+ years’ work experience required.
Ability to utilize a computer to search for parts and enter work into a CMMS.

Responsibilities

Repair and maintain machinery and equipment using hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring and testing instruments per diagrams and manufacturer specifications.
Troubleshoot and service motors, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, pumps, conveyors and production machines.
Perform welding to support maintenance and repair activities.
Prepare new machines for operation following established protocols.
Conduct regular technical testing to ensure safety and efficiency.
Collect and analyze data on machine operation to identify trends and reduce downtime.
Create and manage work orders through a CMMS.
Demonstrate expert-level understanding of production machines and equipment.
