Alliance Laundry Systems LLC is seeking a maintenance technician to repair and maintain manufacturing equipment on-site in Ripon, WI. The role requires a two-year associate degree and 2–4 years of experience, with CMMS usage and strong dexterity.

You will diagnose, service, and improve machines; participate in safety checks and data-driven reliability improvements. Competitive hourly pay and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Two-year Associate degree and 2-4 years of work experience required.
• Ability to utilize a computer to search for parts and enter work into CMMS.
• Standing for long periods; manual dexterity and ability to stoop/bend.
• Passing a pre-employment physical including lifting 50 pounds.
• Passing a pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintain machinery and equipment using hand and power tools per manuals and specs.
• Service and troubleshoot motors, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, welding equipment, pumps, conveyors, and production machines.
• Prepare and commission new machines for operation following established protocols.
• Perform regular technical testing to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Collect and analyze machine data to identify improvements; reduce downtime and improve reliability.
• Use CMMS to document work orders and maintain accurate records.

Compensation:

Hourly Rate: $31.37 - $34.98, commensurate with experience and qualifications

This competitive compensation package reflects the importance and responsibility of this position within our organization.

Responsibilities:

• Repair and maintain machinery and mechanical equipment using hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring and testing instruments in accordance with diagrams, sketches, operation manuals, and manufacturer's specifications
• Service and troubleshoot various equipment including motors, advanced hydraulic and pneumatic systems, welding equipment, pumps, conveyor systems, and production machines
• Prepare and commission new machines for operation following established protocols and procedures
• Perform regular technical testing to ensure equipment safety and operational efficiency
• Collect and analyze machine operation data to identify improvement opportunities
• Recommend and implement actions to reduce machine downtime and improve reliability
• Utilize CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) to document work orders, track maintenance activities, and maintain accurate equipment records

Qualifications

What You Need To Succeed:

• Preferred Two-year Associate degree and 2-4 years’ work experience required.
• Ability to utilize a computer to search for parts and enter work into a CMMS
• Standing for a long period, sitting, manual dexterity, stooping, bending
• Passing a pre-employment physical including a baseline test of lifting a minimum of 50 pounds
• Passing a pre-employment drug screen and background check
