Responsibilities

• Spot clean the lobby glass doors and polish chrome on lobby doors.
• Vacuum elevator cabs and wipe cab doors, walls, and tops twice a day.
• Inspect the exterior, pick up trash, and maintain restrooms twice daily.
• Vacuum lobby daily and sweep stairwells and entrances as needed.
• Report lights out or solicitors to Management Office.
