Job summary

CCS Facility Services is seeking a Day Porter to maintain the cleanliness of office buildings in Los Angeles, CA. This full-time role runs Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., with responsibilities including lobby maintenance, trash removal, restroom upkeep, and routine safety checks.

In this position you will support the building engineer and liaise with management to ensure a safe, presentable environment for tenants and staff, while adhering to CCS’s service standards and procedures.

Qualifications

• Requires reliable attendance and punctuality in a full-time schedule.
• Demonstrates dependability and responsibility in daily tasks.
• Adheres to safety procedures and security protocols at all times.

Responsibilities

• Maintain common areas in clean and orderly condition throughout the workday.
• Clean lobby glass, polish chrome, and vacuum elevator cabs and walls as needed.
• Inspect exterior, collect trash, and manage restroom cleanliness twice daily.
• Sweep entrances, dust mop lobby floors, and report lighting or security issues.
• Assist building engineer and coordinate with management as required.
