Job summary

CCS Facility Services is seeking a reliable Day Porter to maintain the cleanliness of office buildings, apartments, or commercial facilities. You will perform routine cleaning and upkeep of lobbies, restrooms, corridors, and common areas, ensuring a safe, orderly environment.

Responsibilities include spot cleaning, vacuuming, trash removal, reporting lighting or maintenance issues, and assisting building engineers as needed.

Responsibilities

• Maintain clean, orderly common areas in office and other facilities.
• Spot clean lobby glass doors and polish chrome as needed.
• Vacuum elevator cabs and lobby areas twice daily; inspect building exterior for trash.
• Empty and clean exterior trash receptacles; check restrooms twice daily.
• Report lights out and solicitors to Management; assist building Engineer when required.
