CCS Facility Services is seeking a Day Porter (Conserje diurno) to maintain the cleanliness of common areas in Los Angeles, CA. This part-time role includes duties such as cleaning lobby glass, polishing chrome, vacuuming elevator cabs, checking restrooms, and reporting safety issues to the Management Office.

The position emphasizes reliability, punctuality, and security awareness, with weekend coverage on Saturdays and Sundays.

Qualifications

• Ability to follow safety procedures and report hazards promptly.

Responsibilities

• Maintain common areas of office buildings, apartments, or other facilities in clean, orderly condition.
• Spot clean lobby glass doors and polish chrome on lobby doors as needed.
• Vacuum elevator cabs, wipe doors, walls, and tops twice daily.
• Inspect exterior, pick up trash, and empty exterior trash receptacles.
• Check restrooms twice daily and sweep/buildings entries as required.
• Vacuum lobby floors daily and dust mop as needed to keep areas pristine.
• Report lights out and any security concerns to the Management Office.
• Assist building engineer daily per management discretion.
