Qualifications

• Full-time schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
• Location: Los Angeles, CA.
• Duties include lobby cleaning and restroom sanitation.

Responsibilities

• Spot clean lobby glass doors and polish chrome on lobby doors.
• Vacuum elevator cabs and wipe doors, walls, and tops twice daily.
• Inspect exterior and pick up trash; clean ashtrays and urns on every floor.
• Empty and clean exterior trash receptacles; check restrooms twice daily.
• Vacuum lobby daily; sweep stairwells and landings as needed.
• Remove debris from landscaped areas and sweep building entrances.
