Job summary

U-Haul is hiring a Customer Service Representative at our Mooresville location. You will be the face of our service, assisting customers with rentals, inspections, and equipment returns, and guiding them through U-Scan technology.

Hours include Fri-Sun shifts; training provided on-the-job. Valid driver's license and a high school diploma are required; we offer benefits, opportunities for advancement, and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license with good driving record.
• Customer-facing experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with U-Haul products and services.
• Use U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up trucks and trailers; inspect equipment on the lot.
• Explain products and services; prepare rental invoices and accept returns.
• Install hitches and trailer wiring; optional certification offered on employment.
• Support ongoing U-Haul education through U-Haul University.
