U-Haul is seeking a friendly Customer Service Representative in Mooresville, NC. You will be the face of our service, assisting customers, dispatching equipment with U-Scan, and maintaining vehicles. The role includes training opportunities, a focus on safety, and a path for advancement.

This position requires weekend availability (Fri 12pm-8pm, Sat 12pm-8pm, Sun 9am-5pm) and offers on-the-job education, bonuses, and benefits. Join a team dedicated to helping customers on their journeys.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and ability to maintain a good driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with U-Haul products and services.
• Use smartphone-based U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
• Clean and inspect equipment on the lot including checking fluid levels.
• Answer questions and educate customers regarding products and services.
• Prepare rental invoices and accept equipment returned from rental.
• Install hitches and trailer wiring.
