Job summary

U-Haul is seeking a friendly, motivated Customer Service Representative for weekend shifts at our Concord, NC location. You will be the face of U-Haul, helping customers with rentals, guiding them on products and services, and using U-Scan technology to dispatch and track equipment.

Responsibilities include inspecting and maintaining equipment, moving trucks and trailers, answering questions, preparing invoices, and participating in ongoing U-Haul education.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with products and services.
• Use U-Scan tech to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up trucks and trailers.
• Clean and inspect equipment on the lot and check fluids.
• Answer questions and educate customers about products and services.
• Prepare rental invoices and process returns.
