Planet Fitness - Baseline Fitness is seeking a friendly front desk associate to drive new member experiences and deliver exceptional customer service. You will greet guests, conduct tours, process sign-ups, and help manage member accounts while maintaining a clean, welcoming club environment.

This role emphasizes teamwork, effective communication, and problem solving to support a positive member journey. Excellent communication, active listening, and diplomacy are valued to ensure every member

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist potential and current members, delivering a positive experience.
• Answer phone calls and provide information about memberships and tours.
• Process sign-ups, cancellations, and member account updates.
• Assist in member check-ins and amenity usage, escalate issues as needed.
• Maintain clean and welcoming front desk area.
