Job summary

Planet Fitness - Baseline Fitness is seeking a motivated individual to drive new member sales and deliver an exceptional customer experience at the front desk. You will greet guests, conduct tours, assist with sign-ups and maintain a welcoming club environment.

Responsibilities include processing sign-ups and cancellations, checking in members, and promptly routing member service questions to management. A strong service mindset and basic computer skills are required.
