Qualifications

• High school student (14+) pursuing diploma; eligibility per state regulations.
• Strong communication, organizational, and listening skills.
• Calm, friendly demeanor with patience and flexibility.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
• Basic problem-solving and willingness to accept supervision.
• Experience in elderly care or hospitality preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and set up dining room; serve residents and transport food.
• Set/clear tables; wash dishes; clean dining spaces per schedule.
• Maintain sanitation; use PPE; follow hair covering and hand protection rules.
• Report unsafe conditions and respond to alarms.
• Participate in staff meetings and training sessions.
• Assist with activities and events as requested.
• Complete incident reports and respect HIPAA confidentiality.
• Follow policies and comply with state regulations for assisted living.
