Intermountain Health is seeking a CT Technologist for Good Samaritan Hospital in Lafayette, CO. You will operate CT equipment, ensure high-quality images, verify patient details, and follow safety protocols to protect patients and staff.

The role calls for ARRT (CT) certification, BLS, state licensure, and at least 3 years of CT experience. Weekend program offers a $5/hour differential; 36 hours weekly with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

ARRT-CT certification required at hire
BLS certification within 60 days of hire
State licensure required at hire
IV competency within 90 days
Fluoroscopy certification preferred in CO
3+ years CT experience in hospital setting preferred

Responsibilities

Maintain ARRT competency in clinical/technical functions
Operate CT equipment and related information systems
Ensure proper patient identification and exam preparation
Perform exams per department protocol
Review images for quality and accuracy
Adhere to radiation safety guidelines
Complete studies within time expectations without compromising care
Provide patient education and address concerns
Coordinate patient care and communicate with team
Stay updated on CT tech advancements and participate in education
Instruct students and other technologists on protocols
