Job summary

Intermountain Health is seeking a CT Technologist for our Good Samaritan Hospital radiology team in Lafayette, CO. The role requires ARRT CT certification, BLS, licensure, IV competency, and 1–2 years of CT experience in a hospital setting.

The position offers a 36-hour weekly schedule with weekend shifts and a favorable benefits package. You will work with CT equipment, ensure safety, educate patients, and collaborate with care teams to deliver high-quality imaging services.

Qualifications

• ARRT (R) CT certification required upon hire.
• BLS certification within 60 days, required.
• Licensure in state of practice upon hire, required.
• IV competency within 90 days, required.
• Level II fluoroscopy cert preferred (Colorado).
• 1–2 years CT experience in hospital setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain ARRT competency in clinical and technical functions.
• Operate CT equipment and information systems to produce quality images.
• Ensure proper patient identification and exam preparation.
• Perform exams per department protocol.
• Review images for quality and accuracy, verify anatomy.
• Adhere to radiation safety guidelines and maintain safety.
• Complete studies within time expectations without compromising care.
• Educate patients, ensure comfort, and address concerns.
• Coordinate patient care and communicate with providers.
• Stay updated on CT tech advances and participate in education.
• Assist and instruct students and technologists in protocols.
