Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Handle and prepare food in accordance with standards and schedules.
• Prepare food according to standardized recipes and diet orders.
• Meet time schedules for serving meals and snacks.
• Supervise setup of steam table and trayline service for dining areas.
• Check outgoing food for quantity and quality.
• Maintain equipment and comply with safety/health standards.
