Qualifications

Commercial cooking experience is required.
Weekend work is required.

Ability to follow production sheets and standardized recipes.

Responsibilities

Handle and prepare food in accordance with federal, state and local sanitary regulations.
Prepare food following standardized recipes and diet orders.
Meet serving schedules for meals and snacks.
Set up and supervise steam table for Main Dining Room and trayline service.
Check outgoing food for accuracy, type and quality.
Maintain dietary equipment and comply with health standards.
