• 1–2 years cooking experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare fresh scratch-made meals for residents according to menus and dietary guidelines.
• Assist with inventory control and ordering supplies.
• Store food and kitchen items properly to prevent waste.
• Supervise dietary staff when the Food Service Manager is unavailable.
• Set up breakfast bars, steam tables, and service stations.
• Maintain cleanliness in work areas and complete kitchen cleaning tasks.
• Prepare and stock snacks and pantry items for resident areas.
• Use technology and systems to ensure safe, great dining experiences.
