• Assist Food Service Manager with inventory and orders.
• Store food and supplies to maintain freshness and reduce waste.
• Supervise dietary staff when the manager is unavailable.
• Set up breakfast bars and service stations.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and complete cleaning tasks.
• Prepare and stock snacks and pantry items.
• Use technology and computerized systems for safe, quality dining.
