Job summary

Deckers Brands in Indiana is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee skilled and semi-skilled maintenance of heavy industrial equipment and conveyors. You will work with AC/DC controls, PLCs, pneumatics and electrical systems up to 480 volts, lead preventative maintenance, troubleshoot, and manage minor projects.

The role requires 6–8 years of industrial maintenance experience, associates degree preferred, strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting, and the ability to read schematics.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree preferred.
• 6–8 years industrial maintenance experience with conveyors, controls, and operating systems.
• Experience around pneumatics, AC/DC motor skills and industrial electrical systems.
• Ability to read and comprehend manuals, schematics, and blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Perform skilled and semi-skilled maintenance on conveyors and related systems.
• Troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventative maintenance on equipment.
• Document work orders with labor, parts, and inventory used.
• Follow lockout/tagout and safety procedures, and environmental policies.
• Complete pass-down logs and communicate operational status to teammates.
