Job summary

Deckers Brands is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to perform skilled and semi-skilled maintenance, repair and modification in a heavy industrial distribution environment. You will work with AC/DC controls, PLCs, pneumatics, and drive conveyors, focusing on reliability and safety.

This role requires 6–8 years of industrial maintenance experience, an associate degree preferred, and the ability to lead small projects, train lower grades, and document all work orders with accuracy.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree preferred.
• 6-8 years industrial maintenance experience with conveyors, controls, and operating systems.
• Experience around pneumatics, AC/DC motor skills and industrial electrical systems.

Responsibilities

• Under minimal supervision perform skilled and semi-skilled facility maintenance activities, including patching and painting walls, floors, and other facilities tasks.
• Under minimal supervision perform maintenance on conveyor equipment including troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance.
• Document all work order activities including labor, parts, and inventory used and closing of work orders.
• Follow lockout-tag out procedures, confined space procedures and other safety/environmental procedures.
• Complete pass down logs to inform co-workers of operational status.
