Job summary

Deckers Brands is seeking a Maintenance Technician III to perform skilled maintenance, repair and preventive tasks on heavy industrial equipment at the Midwest Distribution Center in Indiana. You will work with AC/DC controls, PLCs, pneumatics, and up to 480V, wiring, and minor projects.

You will document work orders, follow safety procedures, and train lower-grade technicians. The role requires reading schematics, electrical drawings, and strong troubleshooting skills in a fast-paced,

Qualifications

• Ability to read and comprehend technical manuals, schematics and blueprints.
• Knowledge of mechanical and electrical drawings.
• Ability to work with high and low voltage, AC and DC.

Responsibilities

• Perform skilled and semi-skilled maintenance on buildings, conveyors, electrical systems and related facilities.
• Troubleshoot and repair conveyor equipment; conduct preventive maintenance.
• Document labor, parts and inventory in work orders; close orders with records.
