Deckers Brands in IN Midwest Distribution Center is seeking a Maintenance Technician III to perform skilled and semi-skilled maintenance on conveyors, electrical and mechanical systems, including AC/DC controls and PLCs up to 480 volts. The role emphasizes preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and completing work orders with proper documentation.

You will diagnose issues, follow safety procedures, and support minor projects while training lower-grade technicians.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Forklift Certification required.
• OSHA compliance knowledge a plus.
• Conversational Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform skilled and semi-skilled facility maintenance.
• Troubleshoot and repair conveyor equipment.
• Document work orders and maintain records.
• Follow safety procedures including lockout-tagout.
• Operate electrical systems up to 480V and support minor projects.
