Job summary

Deckers Brands Distribution Center in Mooresville, Indiana is seeking a Maintenance Technician II who reports to the Facilities Lead. The role covers skilled and semi-skilled maintenance on buildings, conveyors, electrical systems and PLC-controlled equipment up to 480 volts, with pneumatics and hydraulics.

You will guide maintenance tasks, review work orders and document labor and parts usage. Responsibilities include preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of conveyor equipment,

Qualifications

• 3-4 years conveyors, controls and operating systems in a distribution center or manufacturing operation.
• Experience with pneumatic, AC/DC motor skills and industrial electrical systems.
• Maintenance certificate or 2+ years of maintenance experience in industrial environments.
• Ability to read technical manuals and blueprints; strong troubleshooting skills.
• Knowledge of lockout/tagout and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day direction to the maintenance team.
• Inspect work and review work orders and documentation.
• Perform maintenance on conveyors, equipment, walls, floors and fixtures.
• Troubleshoot and repair controls, process controllers and power supplies.
• Plan work orders and enter data in the maintenance system.
