Job summary

Deckers Brands is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead skilled maintenance on� conveyors and facility systems at the Midwest Distribution Center. You will troubleshoot and repair AC/DC controls, PLCs, and electrical systems up to 480 volts, manage minor projects, and train junior staff.

The role requires 6-8 years of industrial maintenance experience, an Associates degree preferred, and strong documentation, planning, and safety discipline.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree preferred
• 6-8 years industrial maintenance experience with conveyors, controls, and operating systems
• Experience around pneumatics, AC/DC motor skills and industrial electrical systems
• Ability to read and comprehend technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints
• Knowledge of mechanical and electrical drawings

Responsibilities

• Perform skilled and semi-skilled maintenance on conveyors and facilities
• Troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on conveyor equipment
• Document all work orders with labor, parts, and inventory
• Follow lockout-tagout and safety/environmental procedures
• Complete handoffs and inform teammates of facility status
