Job summary

Marvin is seeking a Weekend Controls Technician for its Kansas City area facility. You will troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and PLC problems on production equipment and perform repairs to improve reliability. Training on day shift for up to 2 months precedes a Weekend shift.

We offer day-one health insurance, paid time off, and a $5,000 sign-on bonus. Expect a Friday–Sunday 6:00am–6:00pm schedule with strong opportunities for growth and cross-functional collaboration across the CEPG.

Qualifications

• Two years of related experience required.
• Associate’s degree strongly preferred.
• Must obtain forklift and aerial licenses.
• Experience with Enterprise Asset Management software and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical problems on production machines, including PLCs.
• Analyze equipment to diagnose issues and implement repairs on electrical, mechanical, or PLC programming.
• Document repairs and PM activities in the EAM system.
