Job summary

Rose Senior Living Clinton Township is seeking a hospitality-focused Concierge to greet residents, guests, prospective employees, suppliers, and service providers daily with warmth and professionalism.

Responsibilities include handling telephone inquiries, addressing resident needs, accepting packages, creating maintenance work orders, and supporting the Business Office Manager on projects. Hours: every other weekend (Sat 1pm-6pm, Sun 8am-6pm); weekdays as needed. Starting pay is $17.50.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite products.
• Excellent telephone communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing telephone coverage for residents, guests, and staff.
• Resolve issues for residents, guests, vendors, and suppliers to meet organizational goals and customer satisfaction.
• Accept delivery packages, log receipt, and notify recipients.
• Prepare maintenance work orders as requested by residents and staff.
• Assist the Business Office Manager with projects and assignments.
