Job summary

Rose Senior Living Clinton Township is seeking a hospitality focused Concierge to welcome residents, guests and staff with warmth and professionalism each day on site. The role includes handling phone coverage, addressing requests, and supporting office tasks in a community setting.

Starting pay is $17.50 per hour with part-time weekend hours and flexibility for additional shifts as needed. A high school diploma and strong telephone communication skills are required.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet residents, guests, prospective employees, suppliers, and vendors in a warm, professional manner.
• Provide ongoing telephone coverage.
• Resolve issues for residents, guests, vendors and suppliers ensuring organizational and individual needs are met.
• Accept delivery packages, log receipt, and notify residents of delivery.
• Prepare maintenance work orders as requested by residents and staff.
• Assist the Business Office Manager with projects/assignments.

Rose Senior Living Clinton Townshipis recruiting for a hospitality focused Concierge. This role is responsible for meeting and greeting residents, guests, prospective employees, suppliers, vendors, and outside service providers in a warm and professional manner on a daily basis. They are the first face someone sees when visiting our community!

Here are a few of the daily responsibilities of a Concierge:

• Provide ongoing telephone coverage.
• Solve issues presented by residents, guests, vendors, and suppliers in a manner so that both the organizational objectives are met, as well as the individuals feel they were served appropriately. Keep difficult situations from escalating.
• Accept delivery packages, document receipt of packages in log book, and notify the resident (recipient) of delivery
• Prepare maintenance work orders as requested by residents and staff
• Assist the Business Office Manager with projects/assignments.

Hours are every other weekend Saturday 1pm-6pm, Sunday 8am-6pm. Able to work weekdays when needed, and Holidays. Starting pay is $17.50
