Job summary

Inspirations of Northbrook, operated by Grace Management, Inc., seeks a Concierge to support residents and families on weekends and full or part-time shifts. You will handle clerical tasks, greet guests, arrange services, and assist the Wellness Director with appointments in a welcoming senior living community.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience with Windows, Word, Excel, Outlook, and email tools preferred.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Physically able to lift up to 40 pounds and stand/walk for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls promptly and relay messages accurately.
• Greet visitors and route them appropriately.
• Assist residents, families, and guests with requests and coordinate services.
• Support Wellness Director with appointments and scheduling.
• Maintain lobby and reception area in neat, professional condition.
• Provide administrative support (typing, filing, reports, scheduling, vendor calls).
• Schedule work orders and coordinate with Maintenance/Housekeeping.
• Assist recruitment activities (ads, screening, references, interviews).
• Maintain inventories of supplies and assist ordering.
