Job summary

LCS is seeking a Concierge for weekend and part-time shifts. The role focuses on answering calls, guiding residents and guests, and performing clerical tasks in a courteous, professional manner. Salary offered is $15.50 per hour, with in-person work location and weekend/evening availability.

The position emphasizes hospitality, teamwork, and precise routine execution, with opportunities to interact with residents, staff, and vendors in a welcoming environment. Prior customer service is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma preferred.
• Typing and experience with Microsoft Office software.
• Ability to handle a multiplicity of routine tasks and follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-going multi-line phone system coverage and greeting of guests.
• Distribute packages, mail, and maintain visitor sign-in logs.
• Monitor security cameras and ensure admittance security where applicable.
• Prepare correspondence and data entry of resident information.
