Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provides exceptional customer service.
• Meets and greets residents; checks guests and service providers in/out.
• Monitors and operates electronic security systems; maintains daily logs.
• Assists with general concierge tasks and clerical work in Word and Excel.
• Walks the building premises for monitoring purposes.
• Controls building access.
• Handles complaints and escalates to supervisor when needed.
• Maintains a safe and secure environment.
• Occasional overtime and flexible hours as required.
