Meridian Senior Living in Punta Gorda, FL is seeking a friendly Concierge/Receptionist to greet guests and act as the first point of contact in the community. You will handle phone inquiries and route them with professionalism, while delivering a welcoming experience for residents and visitors.

The position requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, experience in customer service, and proficiency with Word, Excel, and Outlook. Compassion for the elderly and confidentiality are essential.

Qualifications

The Concierge/Receptionist greets all guests in a friendly, warm, and welcoming manner – whether this be in-person or over the phone. This position creates a welcoming environment as the first contact guests have when they enter the community.

Qualifications

Requirements:

• Previous experience answering telephones and/or in a customer service position
• Experience in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
