Meridian Senior Living is hiring a Concierge/Receptionist to greet guests warmly, answer calls, and create a welcoming environment in the community.

The role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, customer service experience, and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook. Ideal candidates show compassion for the elderly and respect privacy and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience answering telephones and/or in a customer service position.
• Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Must have compassion for and desire to work with the elderly.

Responsibilities

• Greet all guests in a friendly, warm, and welcoming manner.
• Answer and route phone calls and assist visitors.
• Direct residents, family members, and guests to appropriate areas.
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold Meridian policies.
